Jena GRDDL Reader 0.2 fails the following:
  testlist2.html, sq1ns.xml, sq1.xml, loop.xml, xinclude1.html

Suggest reference to the Internet Draft, as all that is needed.
I am also happy with simply removing the test from the document.
