OK, you get 10 bonus points for the attempt,
and 10 for reporting that GRDDL.py doesn't pass the test.
I'm holding 80 points in reserve for when the WG approves the
test. I offer
10 points for sombody (Harry? Brian M?) to check it in to CVS
10 points for JJC to try it on his code

I have an ssh key from Chime, so I should be able to get him
CVS commit access when I find a spare moment.

I need to update the informal/mechanical rules and test them.
(unless, by some miracle, somebody else groks them well
enough to do that.)
