PRIMER SPARQL updates

I had a look at the primer hotel sparql queries and have fixed them. I
have CVS access, so i will just make the changes and committed both
the primer document and the .rq files. If there are issues we can just
back them out.

currently the primer is at version 1.83

i have NOT updated the Scheduling a Meeting SPARQL, only the hotel buying ones.
