Here are the pointers mentioned during the telecon.

The clinical data use case is the current "XML use case":

schedule of meetings. Putting the RDF inline, so you get, for example, a 
calendar icon next to calendar items. One way to do that would be if 
GRDDL transformations would output XHTML with RDFa. Suppose I want just
