full GRDDL result (enhancement request)

The GRDDL spec gives a "GRDDL aware agent" to
software that computes some GRDDL results.

In discussion with Tim about RDFa and such, he
suggested having a label for the full GRDDL
result, i.e. the merge of all the GRDDL results.

I can't remember whether he asked for a label
for the corresponding class of software agent,
but it seems to follow naturally.
