Dear editors of the GRDDL spec, In addition to the comments that I posted earlier today, I would like to propose a few minor editorial changes. Please note that, while the comments in my previous e-mail were made on behalf of the SWD WG, the comments in this e-mail *are not*. The changes that I suggest below have nothing to do with the activity of the SWD WG, and they haven't been discussed/approved by the SWD WG. Please read them as a humble, individual contribution. I also apologize in advance if any of these comments have already been flagged and dismissed. I'm an outsider, so please ignore any comment that doesn't make sense. All the comments refer to this version of the document: http://www.w3.org/TR/2007/WD-grddl-20070302/ Comment 1: [[The following diagram illustrates an XFN document, friends.html associated with the grokXFN.xsl transformation indirectly via an XFN profile.]] "XFN" is never defined in the document, so it's assumed that the reader already knows what XFN is. Suggestion: please provide a reference to a definition of XFN. Comment 2: [[Note that as a base case, the result of parsing an RDF/XML document is a GRDDL result of that document:]] This paragraph and the table that follows, are not namespace-specific, so I think they fit better in section 2 (instead of section 3). By making this change, you can put together the two parts of the definition of "GRDDL result" (currently, the first part is in section 2, while the second one is in section 3). Comment 3: (a typo) [[Given an XHTML family document with XPath root node N, if N has metdata profile name...]] s/metdata/metadata Best regards and congratulations for your excellent work, -- Diego Berrueta R&D Department - CTIC Foundation E-mail: diego.berrueta@fundacionctic.org Phone: +34 984 29 12 12 Parque Científico Tecnológico Gijón-Asturias-Spain www.fundacionctic.org
