Re: status of DCAT

Hi Everyone!

Last week I spoke with data managers at Woods Hole <http://whoi.edu>;
they have "implemented" DCAT, and are currently working on
implementing schema.org/Dataset to expose their dataset metadata in a
useful way.

RE DCAT implementations, what kind of statement do we need from an
adopting provider to make it "official?"
