W3C GLD-WG Thur 24-May-2012

Greetings GLD'ers,

Apologies for the late agenda notification. We have an action packed 60 minute GLD-WG telecon planned for this Thursday 24-May-2012 15:00-16:00 UTC (10:00-11:00 Boston, 7:00-8:00 San Francisco, 15:00-16:00 London, 16:00-17:00 Paris). Please see [2] for call-in info and agenda.

Per our decision to alternate the focus of each week's telecon and dig deeper on 1-2 topics, we're planning to review the 4-5 Star Linked Data sets launched (or launching) in 2012. These data sets will be highlighted in the upcoming SemTech GLD WG talk titled: "Progress Report on Publication of Government Linked Data Worldwide".

Also, Phil will introduce the ISA Programme vocabs as input into the W3C GLD WG vocabs deliverables. He'll be introducing them over the course of the next month, but this is the first in a series of discussions to get guidance from the WG.

Chair: Bernadette;
Scribe: Tina Gheen if possible, alternate: Boris
Regrets: George Thomas (project conflict), Dan Gillman (travel), Dave Reynolds

Looking forward to speaking with you all Thursday.

Please note the following weekly telecons have been cancelled due to travel/conferences:
07-June-2012

Please take a moment to update Regrets given this is a busy time of year for travel. TIA.

Cheers,
Bernadette, George & Sandro
