Is there a limit on the size of attachments on W3C mailing lists?

An hour ago I tried sending an e-mail that contains my NVDL (including a 500K ZIP attachment) but nothings turned-up yet. Is there a limit on the size of attachments on W3C mailing lists? or has anyone had trouble with mailing attachments?
