ing "The default styling of all form controls" is at odds with appendix
G.3 http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/specs/XForms1.1/index-all.html#N93653
which lists (non-normatively) a table appearance for input. Perhaps this
example is due for a revamp.
