Hi Sebastian,

Could you please introduce yourself to the rest of the TF so that we can  
proceed with forming a charter? If I counted correctly there are six TF  
members and five of them have introduced themselves so far, missing you.  
I'm asking as it seems best to wait with forming a charter until every TF  
member has declared their presence on the list.
