Hi all,

I have finally incorporated the discussed File Module module changes
in the spec. The latest version, which we can discuss and (hopefully)
finalize in Prague can be found in the EXPath GitHub repository:

   https://github.com/expath/expath-cg/tree/master/specs/file

New tests will follow soon.
