SKOS Validator

Hi folks,

I found time for a bit of hacking, and wrote a SKOS Validator which you can
download from ...

http://isegserv.itd.rl.ac.uk/skos/skosvalidator1.02.zip

... it also does RDFS validation and RDF syntax checking as well.

I haven't done any serious large scale tests on this yet, so I've no idea
how it performs on larger datasets.

Let me know if you find any bugs, or have any suggestions about how to
improve it.
