Re: Linked Data Glossary published in SKOS

Thanks for providing the glossary as LOD.
This raises a question : some concepts in this data, like
"5StarLinkedOpenData", are both declared having a skos:broader (in that
case, "LinkedOpenData"), and being "topConceptOf" the concept scheme. Is
this intended ?

SKOS says about such situations :

"
The property skos:hasTopConcept is, by convention, used to link a concept
scheme to the SKOS concept(s) which are topmost in the hierarchical
relations for that scheme. However, there are no integrity conditions
enforcing this convention. (...) An application may reject such data but is
not required to.
"

Should applications that consume SKOS coming from your tool ignore
isTopConceptOf / hasTopConcept to determine root concepts ?
