I have some general issues based on a larger use case that I will present later. Here only one small issue: In addition to the discussed (Non)-Transitivity of skos:related (7.6.3), skos:broader (7.6.5), and skos:exactMatch, skos:broadMatch, skos:relatedMatch (10.6.1) could you add the same note for skos:member? The characteristic of not beeing transitive is already noted in the Appendix (12.2) but it could be made more clear that for nested Collections <A>, <B>: <A> skos:member <B> . <B> skos:member <C> . does not entail <A> skos:member <C> .
