Hi all,

I've done a SKOS/RDF description of the GCL, which you can get from:

http://isegserv.itd.rl.ac.uk/skos/gcl/

N.B. this is just an experimental version, done with nodeIDs and
subjectIndicators pointing to the GovTalk website.
