Re: File not seen error

Thank you to one list member who pointed out careless errors.

After correcting them, I am not completely sure what I should do to an ePub
Checker's complaint about my toc.xhtml:

The error I am getting when I try to validate my ePub 3.0.1 toc.xhtml is:

ERROR OEBPS/toc.xhtml 3 45 Error while parsing file 'element "html" not
allowed anywhere; expected element "ns:ncx" (with xmlns:ns="
http://www.daisy.org/z3986/2005/ncx/")'.

All the online examples I've seen, for instance epub3-samples
<https://github.com/IDPF/epub3-samples/blob/master/31/moby-dick-mo/EPUB/toc.xhtml>,
have HTML tags like any other XHTML 1.1 file. ePub Checker seems not to
accept this. The toc.xhtml file I have been testing is:
