We'll also need:

   - the title

   - list of editors; for each editor:
          * name
          * optional URL for name link
          * optional affiliation
          * optional URL for affiliation link
          * optional e-mail address

There's some internal process I can do in parallel; it would be helpful
to have the above information as soon as possible (before the ETF has
the actual document ready).
