Recap Action Item: Feedback opportunity extended

As agreed on yesterday's call, we are going to continue to take input
and volunteers for the projects/work through Monday next week. The
chairs will meet on Wednesday next week to finalize. After Wednesday we
will reach out directly to some group participants to lead groups if we
don't get the volunteers over the next few days.
