This is feedback on a Last Call Working Draft:

Evaluation and Report Language (EARL) 1.0 Schema
W3C Working Draft 10 May 2011
http://www.w3.org/TR/2011/WD-EARL10-Schema-20110510/

This document uses "dct:" for the prefix of http://purl.org/dc/terms/

But in the RDF schema:

http://www.w3.org/ns/earl

We find "dc:" being used instead.

Please change the RDF schema to use dct: instead of dc:, as dc: is
normally used for the core set of Dublin Core properties, the Dublin
Core Metadata Element Set (currently in version 1.1).
