the hyperlink goes to a definition which does not say "data" - so its not broken - except that it does not include "functional profiles" in the luist - but we could improve the text there IMHO - to make it clear that the context will make it clear what type of profile is being considered. something like this would be better IMHO: This definition includes both "data profiles" (when applied to data specifications) and "functional profiles" (when applied to behaviours of services). "Data profiles" are sometimes called "application profiles", "metadata application profiles", or "metadata profiles". This document describes functional profiles of service behaviour with respect to negotiation about choice of data profiles.
