I cant see why "data profiles" and "content profiles" (an undefined concept) would not be exactly the same thing? the content of a data transfer is data.... An insistence that in the general world "profiles" only applies to data is not correct, nor helpful, nor relevant to the specification - but editorial changes to help people understand that it is necessary to use the concept of profiles in terms of conformance to options in the specification and this is not the same scope as profiles of data being negotiated over.
