Returning to this topic, I have a hunch that a `dcat:Representation` superclass would also help explain the ['bag of files' UC](https://w3c.github.io/dxwg/dcat/#bag-of-files) more clearly. Any _file_ that is _not_ a **representation of the dataset itself** - such as a _schema_, or _supporting documentation_ - is a `Representation` but not a `Distribution`.
