All the immediate sub-properties in the `dcat:` and `dct:` namespaces are listed right there. And immediately following is the description of the qualified-relation pattern. There might be a tweak needed, but otherwise I suggest that all the ingredients that could reasonably be provided by DCAT are already there. Maybe 
> A resource with an unspecified relationship to the catalogued item.
&rarr; 
"A resource with a general or unspecified relationship to the catalogued item."
