profiledesc & voaf

I see significant overlap of the profiledesc vocabulary https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/tree/gh-pages/profiledesc with VOAF http://lov.okfn.org/vocommons/voaf/, in particular the properties like


-          voaf:reliesOn (sub-property of void:vocabulary) and its sub-properties

o   voaf:usedBy

o   voaf:extends

o   voaf:specializes

o   voaf:generalizes

o   voaf:specializes

The scope of VOAF appears to be limited to RDF vocabularies, but some alignment with profiledesc should be considered.
