The global domain constraints on `dcat:accessURL` and `dcat:mediaType` entail that the resources entitled "ChronostratChart2017-02.pdf" and "timescale.zip" in the [example above](https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/253#issuecomment-403193007) are both of type `dcat:Distribution`, although their relationship to the Dataset is _not_ `dcat:distribution`.
