earl:Software could be fine as long as we reuse existing vocabs ;)
However, it seems like the vocab earl http://lov.okfn.org/dataset/lov/vocabs/earl <http://lov.okfn.org/dataset/lov/vocabs/earl> needs maybe a small human readable doc.
