Ah, then the wiki is out of date. The WG has decided not to meet at TPAC 
(disappointing for some of us but it can't be helped).

The most likely plan now is to meet in Sao Paulo w/c 21 Sept, coinciding 
with a big Web conference there that week. Yaso is finalising details...
