Multilingualism: URIs or language tags?

Dear all,

For those who missed this post of Bernard Vatant about using language tags vs URIs [1] He asks a very “simple” and practical question. These are types of questions that publishers will ask and will expect some answers in our BP document.   

Like Makx commented in that post, I vote for using URIs such as the ones provided by the Library of Congress
