In today's call, we agreed to leave the SLA related requirements in the UCR, but this does not mean that they have to be addressed by the DWBP working-group

Machine readable SLAs? That's a whole new working group/EU project right there! Not arguing we should take it out, just flagging this as a heavyweight requirement.
