In the current UCR each requirement lists the use-cases it is associated with. This can be used to prioritise requirements.

Not sure what you mean by 'redendant'. For sure some of the challenges & requirements will overlap, but that's a positive thing as it reinforces their importance, no?

Many use cases have redundant challenges and requirements.  Would it be possible to color code the redundancies and highlight the unique ones so as to make it easier for readers to pull out "what's new" and important in each use case?
