ARIA Digital Publishing AAPI mappings

Please review the mappings for MSAA/IA2 and ATK/ATSPI. I introduced the new IA2 landmark role and I also worked to make ATK/ATSPI more consistent.

I notice we have some mappings of list item but nothing in the mappings refers to a list. The problem is that if the author does not actually put those roles in a list then we could have a problem. 

The Mac Mappings are done. I need to work with Cynthia on the UIA mappings when she returns from vacation. 

I am trying to lock all of this down ASAP.
