it might be helpful to indicate whether there are any items in the “less than 2” or “complete fail” cases, in the table itself, so we know the overall status.

For vibration I notice there is one ‘fail’ for Firefox. What do we have to do to address this ‘fail’ - is there an action on someone? I assume once this fail is addressed then we are done testing Vibration, have two implementations and could progress toward Recommendation.

I think you are suggesting we use the table you provided instead of the older implementationStatus wiki. If so, I think that is a good idea. We can mark the older wiki page as obsolete and add  a link at the top to the new table.
