I have prepared  "Device API Access Control Use Cases and Requirements" for publication, running it through pubrules, updating the SOTD and front matter (last publication date etc).  (Remaining pubrules complaints seem to be ones common to ReSpec since the formatting is slightly different).

Can you please confirm  with the webmaster that next Tuesday (18 January) is acceptable for publication, and please install the draft in the correct location for its publication?

The draft ready for publication is http://dev.w3.org/2009/dap/policy-reqs/WD.html (the source is WD-src.html in case you need to change the publication date)
