Thanks for noting these issues, Fixed.

Framework also had URI issues on the cover section, Note that the editors draft URIs have Framework.html etc, since they aren't the default Overview.html (not possible unless we have one document per directory)

The URL at the end is wrong (404 error).  Looks like it should be:
