Contacts API updates

Hi,

I've updated the Contacts API specification in line with recent discussions
on the mailing list:

http://dev.w3.org/2009/dap/contacts/

The changes to the specification are summarised in the CVS log in [1] and
can perhaps best be viewed by comparing changes from the previous version
(via the W3C CVS diff tool) in [2].

I welcome everyone to review the latest changes to this specification and
provide their feedback on the mailing list.
