F2F wiki page (was Re: regrets for F2F2 physical presence)

Eric is right. I've been pleasantly distracted by some happy family event. 
:-)

I put a page together with some basic information on the venue and 
sections for people to indicate how they plan to participate (physically, 
remotely, or not).

The W3C is looking for a sponsor to cover the cost of catering. We're only 
talking about some simple breakfast items, coffee, and lunch box or 
similar. "otherwise we eat dirt" says Eric. :-)
