definitiveService write-up? examples?

I took an action to tell the DAWG about log:definitiveService
(during http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/ftf4.html#item21 )
because I thought it was already written up and I could just
send a pointer. But reviewing
  http://www.w3.org/2000/10/swap/doc/Reach
I don't see anything.

Help?!?!

Has anybody got an example written up?
