The log:dtlit code was found again and has been merged into HEAD. The
needed change to admin/bugReport.n3 was also made and committed.
admin/bugStatus.html generation (either through simply 'make' in the
admin directory if you're starting with a clean directory or 'make
update' if you have old bug lists already in there) should once again
work. Also, admin/N3Bugs.ics once again has stuff in it.
