bugStatus.html generation broken in CVS HEAD

Just to give people a heads up, the generation of bugStatus.html is
currently broken in CVS HEAD. It got broken by revision 1.7 of
util/bugstatus.n3. Unbreaking that will require DanC's finding the
log:dtlit code. It may also depend on updating admin/bugReport.n3 to use
icaltzd instead of ical (change the URL for the cal: @prefix, and change
all the [ cal:dateTime ?BLAH ] to just ?BLAH.

For now, by reverting util/bugstatus.n3 to revision 1.6, bugStatus.html
can be made to work again.
