Hello,

http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20110323/html4/border-right-style-010.htm

http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/nightly-unstable/html4/border-right-style-010.htm

http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20110323/html4/border-top-style-009.htm

http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/nightly-unstable/html4/border-top-style-009.htm

IMO, Firefox 5.0, Opera 11.50 and Konqueror 4.6.4 pass these tests.

Chrome 12.0.742.112 fails these tests; the stripe is black (seems black)
and has no shade of green (seems to have no shade of green).

These testcases may not be easy or simple or obvious to figure out when
nuances of colors are involved. My neighbour would certainly hesitate on
these tests.. or would ask questions.

regards, Gérard
