The following test: http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20100917/xhtml1/sgml-comments-001.xht is invalid in the XHTML format. It should have the contents of the style element in a CDATA section so that the SGML comments are not comments; as it is, the style element has its comments commented out.
