cron job set for CSS2.1 Test Suite

Bert has finished setting up the cron job for
   http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/Test/CSS2.1/current/

It now gets updated every day at 7:11am Eastern (US). This
means all changes to the test suite in the CVS tree will get
reflected on the W3C website.
