FYI, there is a new WD of the Network Information API:
http://www.w3.org/TR/netinfo-api/

It doesn't really changes the specification (compared to the ED) but
adds comments explaining the use cases, the issues with the current spec
and some ideas.

I do not expect this to change the interest this CG has for this
specification but any feedback would be appreciated :)
