ACTION-67 Explanation of what Coremob is, and what it is not.

I took the action at the October Face to Face to try to clarify what Coremob is and what it is not, given that it would appear that there is ongoing confusion and uncertaintly.

I would welcome feedback clarification and so on on the text which I have posted on our Wiki under the topic Guide to Coremob.
