F2F London, 2-3 October 2012, Logistics and Questionnaire [Action-40]

I've created a Wiki Page [1] for logistics and opened a questionnaire [2] for Coremob members to sign up to attend the F2F in London.

Please answer the questionnaire even if you do not plan to attend. You must join the group [3]  before answering the questionnaire.

Please add suggestions for accommodation to the Wiki if you have some info about reasonably priced hotels near Mozilla's office.
