And, here's my update (or more like, the stuff I have *not* done) -


I still have not worked the infinite scrolling, and I am not sure if I
have time to implement and test on all devices now.
My colleagues told me IE has low storage limit. If iDB cannot store many
photos, we may not need the infinite scroll feature.

PhoneGap for Windows Phone -
Actually, this app does not work on IE mobile on WP at all (but works on
desktop and Surface), and there is no shim I can use, so I need to work on
a PhoneGap app, but I have trouble with PhoneGap on my VM. (I use Mac)
Hopefully, I figure it out soon.
