Summary of Issue: Information on current location conformance level change
Comment (Including rationale for any proposed change):
We think the conformance level of this Success Criterioin is  too low, because it is a almost standard to have location information on websites, for example bread crumbs, and for users with screen readers it would be a lot easier to know the current location.

Change Level from \"AAA\" to \"AA\"
