I think there is a need of 2 more explicites situations :



If colors words is used to indicate information like click on the red label, red is maybe not in red so the problme is not in the color of the words itself



If background colors is used to indicate information for example two block of information concerning rebate, one with a red background and one with a yellow background, the yellow one is only for people who have the membership special card and with no other distinction except the background-color.



Proposed Change:
Add situation C If colors words is used to indicate information and D If background colors is used to indicate information
