As with 2.3.1 (see my previous comment on that too), i believe there is still a size limitation (or is even a single pixel subject to this?)

Proposed Change:
Add relevant wording about the size of the flashing area (relating it to percent of the field of view or similar). Also include in the related \"Understanding...\" bit.
